Good morning, dear lotters. Last night, the day ended with a catastrophe. After all we did to send all the paperwork via mail to a very dumb girl, I thought that it was all over. I stayed sometime at the computer to relax and suddenly I recieved another mail from them. The credit card had been rejected and I had to transfer a money I did not have IMMEDIATLY! I had some hours, until today at 10 AM. I called the Bank and the girl there told me they had blocked the card vention of fraud as I don usually spend that amount of money. I cursed (luckily I´m all alone here) and told her to please unblock the d*** card At that hour the agency was not aswering the phone so I mailed them to PLEASE check again with my card. Today at 10AM sharp, I called and explained again to a nice person. And within a half hour I had my tickets. So, from the 8th of July until July 23rd I will be babysitting while my daughter rests. And I will ask for some time off to go to the casino

IT will happen in July, so there is still a long road in front of me, including a visit to my oncologist.

This has happened to me when I used my Lloyd's debit card for a large amount. I was furious that they simply refused the payment, leaving me contacting the back and querying it. My Halifax account is more practical because they send me a text requesting authorisation.

You are right! A text would be enough!

Finally! I thought that we would lose the 2 weeks of lodgings that were already paid.

I am relieved it all ended well. My daughter does not have lots of money to pay for expensive tickets.
