how to add ecommerce shopping cart on wordpress site ??

hey friends, I am trying to create ecommerce platform in my new website but I am getting any perfect solution for it....right now i JUST WANT TO display some products in my website just like we saw on shopping sites.....please help me....

@else34 I try to search it but didn't find any perfect solution and I also even try to install some of the plugin and no one has worked properly.
