Omelettes!

Good day myLotters!
Monday, April 18, here in Manila. Good morning to my fellow local myLotters. Good evening to those myLotters staying in the other side of the world.
Just had corned beef omelettes for breakfast. It was a delicious breakfast! It went well with fried rice and hot chocolate. Sometimes, I get creative with omelettes adding various spices and veggies. Other times, onions and tomatoes just suffice. Anyway, I know different countries have their own versions of omelettes, how do you make yours and what do you put in it?

@allen0187 , it is 01:14 am , here by me :) . Good early morning. I like adding cheese, onions and parsley to my omelette. That seems like a good breakfast idea for me in another 5 hours or so. Have a good Monday.

Sounds good. There is something in the mushroom I cannot eat but the other stuff sounds good allen. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Well what I put in my omlette kind of depends on what I have in the house. I made one earlier this week, and I put in ham,green pepper, and cheese., and a bit of onion. Omelettes are very versatile so that is why I like them.

I prepare an ordinary omelet without tomatoes because my husband don't like tomatoes on omelet.

I just add a bit of salt to scrambled egg. That's it.

Simple ain't bad. Although, I prefer sunny side up eggs over scrambled ones.
