... and I have no idea who to vote for as President.
Elections here will be on May 9, and I'm still studying the candidates' profiles. I've watched their debates on TV and sometimes I feel like they're getting a bit petty, resorting to insults in character rather than addressing current issues.
Personally, there are some that I don't like because they are corrupt, have no empathy for people, or are not ready to take on the position.
I don't know who to vote yet.
Fellow Filipinos, have you chosen your presidential candidate yet?

MDS! And that very old issue that's been hounding her since the 90s. I believe she has a brilliant mind. I'm just concerned about her health.

@moonchild117 she was one of the recipients for a treatment for cancer, in fact, she was the only Pinay recipient, and it changed her outlook, and now she is cancer-free. i cant wait for the final debate in Pangasinan where she will come and present herself, so be careful opponents and other presidential candidates; MDS is back with a big bang.

@ridingbet I hope she's in the pink of health by then. I'd want to see her speak about her platforms.
She needs to do more campaigning, IMO. I just hope she can physically.

I'm certain with my choices for president and vice-president respectively. It is the senators that I need to look into as well as the local candidates that I'll be voting for in our city.

Good for you. I'm 90% sure about my VP, can't say the same for the president. And yeah, I still am filling out my list for the senators. I've only a few that I really am sure to vote for.

@allen0187 curious as to who they are. I hope the VP you're against for isn't my choice. Hehe!

@moonchild117 there is one presidential candidate and vice-presidential candidate that I'm actively campaigning AGAINST for though.
Anyone but those two in my opinion!

That's great. It's nice to know that you already have your choices. Unfortunately for me, I still don't.

@Yar_Joey Yeah, you're right. I have an idea who to vote as VP. Still having a hard time on the presidentiables. It doesn't help that black propaganda is being thrown at everyone more often now.

It sounds like it's going to be tough to decide. But if you eliminate the candidates who are corrupt, are there any left whom you think might make a good leader?

Sadly, the ones who are less or not corrupt either have health issues or are backed by people who are corrupt themselves. I feel it's down to choosing who's the lesser evil now.
