No, I didn't have a usual breakfast meal for dinner or vice-versa. I'm just writing a post about my dinner and breakfast. I love these food posts as it gives an insight to a myLotter's personality.
Breakfast was not as heavy as usual but it was nonetheless filling. I had a Filipino classic, champorado. It is basically chocolate flavored rice porridge. I didn't have those instant varieties. I had the one that was cooked from scratch. Sticky rice (malagkit as we call it), cocoa powder, tablea, milk, and water... all stirred in with a bit of love and passion to create one of the most perfect meals one could have in this life. It is usually served with dried fish so that the saltiness of the fish cuts through the sweetness of the chocolate. I had mine with salty potato chips. What can I say? It does make a perfect combination albeit it is an unlikely one.
Dinner last night was great as well. People always say that a little wine won't hurt. It didn't... just a little... hangover. I had 3/4s of a 750ml white wine. I had salt crackers, some left over prunes and some left over feta cheese. I cut up some cheddar cheese as well and saw that we had some native cheese (kesong puti) at home. So I had crackers, a variety of cheeses, prunes, and white wine. Lots of white wine. In fact I can argue that the main dish for dinner last night was the white wine and the rest were side dishes.
Good times I tell you!!! Good times!!!
So what did you have for dinner? What did you have for breakfast? Ever tried weird food combinations before?

@toniganzon nah! We didn't reach my room. Went up all the way to the stair case and that was it.

Last night, I just went to a convenience store to buy a sandwich and siopao and a big cup of pineapple juice. I was also about to have a bag of popcorn but I changed my mind so that's all I had for dinner. This morning, I only had a cup of coffee and two pieces of "pandesal" because I'm in a hurry. The kids may arrive early.

@allen0187 yeah, that's also the easiest I can grab when I'm in a hurry.

I am still hung up on the Chocolate rice you ate. I do not think I could eat chocolate rice. I like chocolate, but not with rice. Yikes! It is amazing to me how the different countries eat.
