I just love it when it's in the 80s and the winds are mostly calm

but I shouldn't speak too soon as this desert has been known to throw us a few lulu's now and then like the snow this past December and then again at the beginning of February

so hopefully the Great Spirit is done with the jokes. I just had to change my Avatar, Boobear was being so cooperative the other day and I got a really nifty shot. She's always got that haughty look as if she's just puttin up with me and that thing on my face

@rebelann Very majestic-looking, of that there's no doubt. There was a nice short-haired one with similar colouring posing on the corner of a flat roof at the back of our house recently, not sure where she lives yet.

What a pretty kitty. I prefer the upper 70s to the 80s, but I live in ND, so anything above 60 is great in April.

I suppose it gets mighty cold up that way, here it's considered cold if it's in the 50s and really hot if it's over 99.

BBbbbrrrrr, @fawkes62 I think I like it hot better than what you get up yonder. The difference is we don't get the lush green you probably have, it's usually quite arid regardless of time of year.

@rebelann Upper 80s is hot here and cold depends on the time of the year. Mid-winter it's cold if it's below zero, but we are "warm" at 30, in the spring it's cold at 30s and 40s and warm at 70. Just depends on the season.

She's actually in the spare room rather than in the room with Ally and me, she's basking in the sunlight coming through my only east window.
