Realistic Labeling Please!

In 2015 the FDA, in congustion with several federal departments did a complete check of vitamin and supplement companies. It was regarding claims that some products are not regulated. Some feel that the advertising for such products should not be misleading and must be truthful and substantiated by scientific evidence that is credible. I have read in recent years where the FDA was not really doing a good job of this. I hope that now they will be. Do you take supplements? Do you wonder if they are of good quality and have what the label says they have in them? Here's the link:

I dont mind the claims for what they do, as I do my own research, and much isn't proven, I DO mind ingredients. I think what is in them needs regulated, those ingred lists better be honest too

I feel same way. Can we really trust these companies? I find certain ones that are good and try to just deal with them.

i was gettin mine free from my Hmo until the new owners started stopping my letters askig for ovedr the counnder med amnd I H av en not been able to get my s u ppliments as tese new oweners have a stupid law no meds of any kind in our rooms. tthat law stinks really

Yea, it sure does. They have to keep every safe and there are some that don't go by the rules so they have to make it hard on everyone else.
