My Bleeding Heart Bushes Are Coming Up

I am quite excited to see that my bleeding heart bushes are all coming up in the garden now. I would say that they are at least one week late but better late than never. At least, they are not dead, they are alive and well. I think I might transplant a few of them this weekend. This week is promising a lot of action in the garden, the rain we had did a fabulous job at helping everything coming up. To me, Spring is the best time of the year. The time when everything is coming to life. Can't be better than this.

Its marvelous to see such changes in the garden at this time of the year. I love bleeding hearts, but I don't have any here in our gardens at this house, maybe in our next yard we will.

It's part of my Spring ritual to wait and admire the bleeding heats in my garden.

I find that they last longer than the forsythia blooms.

We had to move my hydrangeas for working on the sewer. They lived all winter in big black plastic bind and they are all alive....I am so happy...

It's thriving. I like spring with new growth, for colors, I like the autumn though.

My Bleeding Hearts have just begun . They will probably start to bloom in a few weeks. I planted them in the memory of my grandmother who loved her flower gardens. When transplanting I split one clump into two or three pieces. *be well*

I love bleeding heart plants! They are so beautiful! I planted some one time several years ago, but they never came back. I thought it had got too cold for them, but you are way north of me. Perhaps it got too hot for them here. I really don't know of anyone who grows them around here. Lovely picture!
