First time outside in over a week

We had a lot of rain yesterday and it did a good job getting rid of a lot of the pollen. I am still coughing and I tire easily, but I had to walk outside if even just for a little while. I actually had a golf cart ride to the road to take the photo.
I had to see the cement work up close and it looks good. In the photo the lighter colored cement is the new stuff and now it spans 30 feet at the road.
I didn't want to overdo it so I didn't stay out more than 10 minutes.

We are still waiting for the rain to come. This would knock back some of the pollen. Even though I take loratadine, I sneeze, cough, and have itchy eyes. The door is open and fresh air is pouring in.
The sun is out and I should be outside working on the garden. But, the breeze is a bit on the cool side.
Just take it easy lady. Don't over do it. Enjoy the day.

That's why we had it 'fixed'...people drive like manics and some local-yocal will be on our tail - now at least we don't have to 'stop' to turn in and hopeful not get rammed.

I did pay for it later, the coughing was bad for quite a while. Only thing that helps is the A/C.

from the road to the gate is 350 feet and then that whole area between house and workshop is cement. glad I didn't pay for that much of it...what we had done was expensive enough.
