So, I got hunger pangs early this morning, as in around 1:30 am, and I decided to go down the kitchen and prepare some tuna sandwiches. As I was cutting up the cucumber and celery to add some color and crunch in my sandwich, I suddenly thought about my high school electives and the teachers I had for each elective. I wasn't an active student in high school but I really wanted to pursue a career in writing as early as that time so I wanted to get as many credits as I can related to writing. I also wanted to hone my writing skills so what better way to do that than to get some extra classes.
Anyway, back during my freshman year, I got into Journalism class. My adviser for that class was an old frail lady who can write up a storm from just one or two main words. I learned how to think outside of the box because of her and I become a more voracious reader because of her what with all the books that she had in her Journal class. Sophomore year, I still continued taking Journalism as my elective. Come my junior year, I decided to take up Business English instead. In Journalism, I wrote more freely but Business English was more structured which at that time, I wanted to learn how to do.
Anyway, the tuna sandwiches were good. Finished two pieces of sandwiches. One was spicier as it had chili paste and hot sauce while the other one had mustard and mayo.
So did you guys take up any electives when you were in high school or college? What's a good meal to make to satiate one's hunger pangs in the early morning

I remember taking up journalism class back in my elementary days, but I just didn't quite get it. So, after a couple of days I left.

The tuna sandwich makes me hungry. I usually just go for toasted bread for my midnight snack.
