Harvested some squash

Around 5:00 in the afternoon, me and my cousin decided to check on the squash planted by my Dad across the street. We were happy to see that there are lots of squash ready for harvest. We only got 4 today, though there's only three in the picture. We gave one to the owner of the lot, my cousin got one, and then I had the other two pieces left. I will cook the squash tomorrow for lunch. It will surely be delicious since the plant has no chemicals.

wow those are huge. i remember harvesting our own vegetables when i was young. so convenient to have our own. what will you be cooking with those?

You can prepare it with coco milk, five fingers, lemon grass, onions, ginger, gourd, moringga, spinach,dried fish and the squash, yummy and very delicious.

Yeah I would live that. But this is still ripe so I huess I will just cook it with some tomatoes.

It's a vacant lot and no one in their house can look after it. Some tomatoes also.

@hereandthere tomatoes aren't plenty. Usually there are three or four tomatoes in a week.

I have never tried that fruit/veg before, but of course I have heard of it. How do you eat it? in a fruit salad or drink?

There are many ways to cook it. It fan be mixed with other vegetables, usually sauted.
