Do You Go With the Bandwagon?

It is election season in our country and we are flooded with so many advertisements, propaganda about so and so presidential and local candidates.
One candidate might always get the limelight from surveys, local polls, etc.It is so tiring to listen and think if they are really honest with their intentions to hold a public office.
If you are a voter, would you join the bandwagon and elect that popular candidate, or will you go out of the box and think wisely?

No, but Im not campaigning either. I don't believe in the surveys since they just manipulate the minds of the voters and influence them. Im still not sure whom to vote, they don't really engage much in debates like they used to.

I don't campaign too, because it is so hard to be engaged in heated discussions. Hoping the best and the deserving ones will win.

I hate voting because most people go for the popular one who happens to not be the right choice

I agree with you, and I think some people just go with those who are popular instead of thinking.analyzing their platforms.

Since being able to vote, I've always maintained to vote based on whom I deem best for the job, even though he or she is not the most popular in the surveys. Surveys can be manipulated. It's also used for mind conditioning. People should rather look into a candidate's track record and character instead of voting for who is just popular. It's not being out of the box -- it's the right thing to do.

people have been doing surveys here, i've answered 4 so far, asking how many registered voters in our household, who we're voting, etc. i'm already definite about some positions, but still undecided about a lot.

@acelawrites 2 of them were from actual candidates because after the survey they asked me to remember the candidate's name on election day
the other 2 showed their company IDs.
i'll just make a list and take it with me.

So they are really asking real people then do some random sampling? Just curious if those survey results are true. Me too, I am undecided on some positions.

@acelawrites i have that in mind, and although she is the last in the surveys, it is in my conscience to vote for her, so i belong to the 3%

It is the best thing to do; to vote whom you think is the best one for the post.

But your vote is so important. Anyway, it's your decision, ans it is understandable because of too much politicking.
