It's been a month.....

It's been about a month since I have visited this site. Which is way to long in my book. I have been trying to come up with my excuse for why I haven't logged on and haven't really been able to come up with a good one. Then one day turned into two, then three, then four, then before I knew it, a month went by. Time just got away from me.
Time filled with many activities both good and bad. Not all that I will share in this one post. Some that put me into even more of a state of depression. And I have been working more and more on getting out of that depression.
And to do that I have been occupying my time with many other things. Which in turn has been overwhelming me. Needless to say my emotions are up and down and up and down.
So I am going to try to come back here. Because this was always where I found peace. But I can't promise as much attention as I was giving when I was here before.

@kevin1877uk yes its like that whe I want to go for a walk if I come u p here first i sit down and mylot and forget the walk so I just signed out walked came back then mylotted otherwise I never get to the walk lol

Welcome back. I think writing helps keep from being too overwhelmed. Of course sometimes we are overwhelmed with busyness, so we shouldn't be writing.
