It´s has been onlly one year and six moths or some where around it when I started the bad habit of smoking. At the begining of this, I would buy a pack of cigarrettes, which would last for nearly two weeks; one cigarrete a day; sometimes one every tw o days.
Over time, the doze increase to one pack for every week and a half. This bad habit went to where, I began to smooke two cigarrettes a day.
I´m fortunate to have gone through these two last days without smoking a single cigarrette. It´s not because there are not cigarretes at the store, but because the it did not ocurred to me, due to a permanent thinking of important issues to take care of.
So, staying busy can help avoid some bad habits. I only hope, I can continue going on without needing to put a cigarrette on my mouth for another two or more days!

It's all about the choices we make and I believe you can if you choose to.

Hope you leave it once and for all. Leave smoking. Smoking kills. Not only you but even those who have to accept the smoke your exhale.

Yes, stopping a bad habit brings more benefits than bad ones. Congratulations to your husband. Getting rid of bad habits allows one to live happily and benefits the family, as well!

When I stopped smoking, I was smoking 2/3 packs a day. I stopped 15 years ago now before going to a hospital, because I knew that I would not be allowed to smoke in a hospital. You can think that you are saved after a few days but I had stopped before during a few weeks and I was starting again... It is a habit very difficult to leave, and you need to have a good reason to do it. Hope you will manage to stop smoking.

I think I can find the good reason to handle this bad habit. I started two days ago and I have plans to continue till it´s gone.
