Well, another one sick

Sunday, along with yesterday, my kids weren't feeling well. My girls had fevers, and my son, although not feverish, was moodier than usual, which makes me think he might have been a little sick. Today, they do seem to be feeling better, which I'm happy about. They may not be 100%, but they're better than yesterday, which I'll take.
Well, this morning, my husband told me that he wasn't feeling well. When he told me that, I knew what that meant. It'd mean that he was going to spend part of the day in bed. It's 3:15 now, and where has he been the last little while? If you guess "in bed", you'd be correct. I wasn't feeling well on Sunday, and I was still standing. I think I had a touch of what my kids had, but with the help of a tylenol and juice, I was better in no time.
Although we don't get sick often, this is one difference between my husband and I. He goes to bed, while I still fight through.
Oh well, ... Such is life.

So it is when the immune system is at work. I spent 24 hours feeling real bad, while my system was fiighting the virus of the flu.

@DanieGirl80587 yeah, he's the only one who's sick, and when he's sick, he's pretty much a baby. Lol. Didn't even notice when I mentioned I was feeling well the other day, but for him it's the end of the world.

That is pretty normal between husband and wife. My husband lays in bed acting like he's dying while I am still up and cleaning, taking care of the kids, etc...
I hope everyone in your house feels better really soon!

Life seems so unfair then. You know I can relate to that. If my family members are sick, they stay in bed but if I am the one who is sick, I have to get up to do all the chores.

I think that's how most men and women differ when they don't feel well, especially women with children. I Hope you're all much better soon, especially the children! :)

It is common for us, mothers/wives to still be up and around though we are not feeling fine because no one will do the house chores. Good if there is someone like a house helper who can do it.

a lot of us are dealing with it here, probably because of the weather. my nephew has cough and colds for days now. im getting headaches everyday. my mom too is feeling a bit under the weather.
i hope this will all be over soon.
