I Hate car shopping

There is nothing I hate worse than shopping for a new vehicle. Why does it seem like all car salesmen are sleazy? I am sure there are good ones but I have never been lucky to find one. Sure they are cheery and dripping syrup but they can't seem to make a decision without the sales manager. You can never get a straight answer from them, they know all the tricks in the book and they are not very happy when you catch them in a lie or call them out on an extra change hidden in the pile of paperwork. Anyway, we survived the deal, happy with the new vehicle and even more happy that I don't have to buy another one for several years. What has been your experience with new car salesmen/women?

I know what you mean! The salesmen says one thing, then another. Then hides this/that.

I don't like car shopping. We have a durango bought used and wish we would have found something better because its breaking down slowly

I find buying a used car was much easier than buying a new one. i guest when you are making a large investment you always want to know you are getting a good deal

i have never dealt with one before. my parents are buying a new one and good thing my brothers are experts when it comes to cars so theyre doing it for them.

We deal with the same company. When looking for new or a lease its easy and we get great prices. The used cars, and we do that often enough is a bit harder but our mechanics check them for us before we buy. Have never been unhappy....
