Dalmatian Bellflower Birch Hybrid

This is another flower I bought the other day at the garden center. I'm not sure what it is, the title of my post is what is on the tag. I don't think I have ever seen this flower before, but I love the many many flowers on it as well I love the foliage of it.
This a new flower for me, has anyone ever seen or heard of it? It's lovely and while we haven't planted it yet due to rain and muddy conditions we are going to put it in the front flower bed. We have it sitting there and we like the way it looks there. We did have some rain but it's stopped now and the sun is shinning, so if the flower beds dry up a bit maybe we can get all our flower in today or tomorrow, I am hoping.
