Tennis elbow and I don't even play tennis!

I've had a lot of pain in my lower fore arm for a good while now. Went to the doctor, got on oral steroids, helped some, but it's come back worse than ever.
Doc said I have tendinitis (tennis elbow) and gave me an injection of cortisone. Sure hope it helps, this can sure be painful.
Since I don't play tennis, I think it was caused by the demo carts I have to move at my part-time job.
Don't want to quit my job, guess I'll just have to be more careful how I pull and push those carts!

Thanks. I had an injection of cortisone, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

@jillybean1222 I'm taking Ibuprofen, but too much can cause internal bleeding and it doesn't help much either. I try to prop my arm up during the night and sometimes use a heating pad.

I have a velcro strap to wear around my arm, but not sure if it's going to help. I think the cortisone injection is helping, I just need to not do what caused the damage in the first place!
