BlogJob is back online

Rumours of BlogJob's demise seem to be premature. After getting a blank page for a while now, I see that the site is back online. I'm not ready to say that it's healthy but clearly the owner is doing his best to save it.
And the good news is that he's been paying members today too.

Well, this is what I have read on the 4th of May. Redemption requests will still be honored if the point balance meets the required amount, but the rewards program is temporarily (nobody knows how many days) suspended. The site is again not working right now.

I hope it gets working again. I am late with this comment as it's now June 19th, Father's Day at the time of this comment.

@lookatdesktop It's looking less and less likely that the rewards program will be reinstated. With so few members still active there, there is less reason for people to visit the site.

Not only the site is back but there is good news from Sheridan too:
On a much brighter note, the server admins were able to track down the cpu overloading problem which was causing the downtime issues to brute force attacks coming out of Romania. They have put measures in place to protect the site from additional attacks. I’m hopeful that the site will start performing much better now.

@Dawwriter It's only good news if they can ensure that it doesn't happen again. I wonder why someone chose to attack BlogJob.

@lookatdesktop I'm starting to wonder if that was just an excuse. The problem was obviously fixed weeks ago but there's been no meaningful news since.

@crazyhorseladycx According to BlogJob's owner the technical issues were due to "brute force attacks coming out of Romania". If that's the case then there's hope that things really will settle down now.

I got paid the same day I submitted. I also noticed that everyone`s post yesterday is gone but when I posted today the share buttons are back :) I am hoping it comes back soon, I love it there.

@andriaperry Everything seems to be fairly normal at BlogJob tonight with the exception of the rewards program still being suspended. If it can stay stable, hopefully they'll be able to start paying us again soon.

@lookatdesktop A lot of people seem to be losing patience because there have been no updates for weeks. I'd have loved to continue there but I've lost faith in the future of the site, so I'm moving my main blog to Blogspot.
