Today I checked as usual my email once in a while. It is easier for me to check there my mylot notifications.
As I glanced through it, I noticed acouple of small green shields that, in my hotmail, means an important message.
Both were announcements that I had money in my paypal account. One was from a traffic site (sotuk) and the other was a weekly dollar I earn gathering zubbees when I surf.
Both of them together meant a little over $12. And while it is not a big amount, it all ads up.
Last month I earned a bit over $10 at mylot (made my goal) and this month I am not far behing my daily earning.
And besides it all, I have fun. I do all this when I can do it and I read and reply the posts I like from my friends. What could be better?

I do a few sties online besides mylot, and all of them pay using paypal, so I have over $60 there now and will be getting more, as I have $13 in clixsense, and I will be getting over $4 from here. I did use $30 of it or I would have close to $100. I am so glad that I am able to make money online, even though it isnt all that much, it does add up in the end, and it does help to have extra money in this economy.

I use my online money (paypal) for luxuries. As for the rest of my money (pension and the like) I am more than thrifty

@rosekiss I feel the same way. I do not buy any thing I don´t need. My only luxury is my vacations in winter to get away from the cold.

@marguicha I am trying not to be frivolous with my money, as it has got me in trouble before, and in this day and age, I need all the money I can get. I am doing better though, as at least I have money in my account at the end of paying my bills, and that is a great thing. It used to be, that I had a hard time paying them, and just didn't have the money, but now, I get them paid and have moiney left over. It sure does help having the extra that I get from doing things online. It might not be a lot, but it all adds up.

Aside from mylot, I also worked in some other sites. And you are right. When small income from various online jobs adds up, it will be a big amount. But that's one of the good things of working online. We can work on several sites to increase our income online

@akalinus I try to live on a tight budget with my retirement pension all year. And I save in several places for my vacations.

It is not hard to make $10 in a month here. I write around 5 or 6 posts and answer several of my friend´s posts. Besides that I comment what a mylotter writes in my post. Like now

I also wish I could find a site where I could earn $100 a month. I don´t think I can make it though.

Not really. I do only what is fun for me. And I turn off the computer if I know I have a visitor or if someone invites me.

good for you. if the payment scheme goes back to $10 minimum, then it will take me 2 months or less to reach that goal

If I stay ay home normally, I guess I can make $10 a month here. But this month. with 15 days away, I don´t know if I will reach the $5 goal.
