Business is risky and we never know when a business will shut down or be at a standstill. A lot of businesses fail due to poor planning. Not having a "business plan" can create problems for a business, especially when a business doesn't have a solid business plan, the business could suffer great losses. It's wise to have a business plan.
If you find that a business you were working with falls. You should immediately seek other opportunities. Even a job isn't secure these days so we must find better solutions. "When one door closes another will open." Sometimes those opportunities will come to us. We may not know when or how but they will.
Just because one business closes that doesn't mean that one has failed in business. If it didn't work the first time then try, try, try again. If one has a business mindset then they will "succeed." They have to use the two P's. That's patience and persistence. In time the business will flourish.

Yes, careful planning and patience works, but there are so many other factors why a business will fail. I had been into small business things, some of them failed, and now we are finding one that will be sound enough.

I'm sure many of us have gotten used to businesses closing faster than they used to. It's a sad sign of the times. I keep watching the venues in my area. They open and they close. Shopping centers are filled with customers and then the stores close and there are no more customers. It becomes a ghost town before more stores come in and the cycle repeats.

That's how it is. The economy isn't as strong as they want us to believe. There's way too many people living from paycheck to paycheck. We never know if a business will excel. Without the necessary components a business have a hard time thriving.

Sometimes I guess it's knowing when to close a business, it not doing well one minute it could be the next.
