What's your weekend plan?

It's Saturday here. At first I thought we don't have any plans for the weekend, and we will just stay at home as usual.
My husband just told me, there's an event in the car service center we always go, so we are going to take a look and see what's happening over there.
As my husband's university alumni is organizing a charity run soon, this Sunday he is going to a park where there's another run event to distribute the flyers. So I think we can also bring our children along, and let them join the flyer distribution work.
Hope the children will have fun.

@kaka135 hehe! Do you have arts and crafts events with your kids for Mother's Day? Or I think the Asian culture has a women's day do you celebrate that? Thank you!!

@infatuatedbby I don't do anything this year, I am just too busy to think of any activities to do with them lately. Moreover, I don't really emphasize Mothers' Day to my children. They knew about this day when we went to the shopping mall and it's been commercialized, and when they looked at the calendar too.
In Malaysia, Mothers' Day is more common than Women's Day, I think. Women's Day seems to be celebrated in China more. It's just that I do not really celebrate some commercialized festivals, I'd prefer to tell them the values behind the festivals.

It sounds fun to mow the lawn, I have never do that before, because we don't have that at home. You even have the greenhouse? It's really nice. I can imagine your house is really nice and comfortable, and greenery as well.

I am fine with vacuuming, but I do not like the cleaning the dust part.

it's saturday noon here. i need to prepare my list of candidates for monday's election and think about the food for mother's day on sunday. i think the children will enjoy helping in giving out the flyers. just park on a shady spot.
