TMI TIME! UTERINE TALK! (endometriosis, PCOS?)

There, that should be plenty of a disclaimer. If you don't wanna hear about it, then you shouldn't be here. Early Thursday morning I started feeling a stitch in my side. That is the best way to explain. A sharp pan that subsided quickly. Then on Friday, shortly after I woke up, I felt more intense pain, sharp and somewhat throbbing. This is on my left side. That side of my stomach does feel more bloated then usual. Does it feel hot to the touch? Perhaps a little bit, but no not really any different than the other side. Ibuprofen and heat has helped it, but it returns. I have started menustrating, but it is splotchy. I feel that part of my stomach and I feel... well what feels like cysts. I have Fibrocystic Breast Disorder but am not sure if it can lead to uterine problems. Anyone who knows more about endometriosis and PCOS, can you tell me if you think these are symptoms? Oh and FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE ITS do NOT tell me to go to the doctor. I know you people aren't medical professionals, and can only give me your experiences. Oh and I have hunger pangs but no real appetite. I have ate though. Oh and I should mention that I had tea right before the pain started...
