i think every one has this problem of stress and it can only be handled by either keeping them control by pilsss or the better one is to do yoga or else to go for outing in some interval of times

Yes yoga is indeed the best solution. One should check out mahamantra meditation and should incorporate clean and hygenic habits which (yes surprisingly) help reduce stress.

STRESS The word 'stress' is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as "a state of affair involving demand on physical or mental energy". A condition or circumstance (not always adverse), which can disturb the normal physical and mental health of an individual. In medical parlance 'stress' is defined as a perturbation of the body's homeostasis. This demand on mind-body occurs when it tries to cope with incessant changes in life. A 'stress' condition seems 'relative' in nature. Extreme stress conditions, psychologists say, are detrimental to human health but in moderation stress is normal and, in many cases, proves useful. Stress, nonetheless, is synonymous with negative conditions. So i am thats why i am able to manage stress because i know the meaning and its symptoms

I had all sorts of illness that were stress related. I finally got rid of the source of the stress and guess what? I've been really healthy ever since. I'm living proof that stress is the major cause of a lot of different illnesses.

Try chanting the names of the lord. That surely helps.Atleast it has helped me a great deal. Yoga helps better than meditation. Also, try the washing therapy I prescribed a while earlier.

I recomemnd that you keep the decibel levels low while listening to music. Otherwise music itselfcan become noise and cause stress ). I recommend you add yoga to music that will help you relax. Good luck. Thanks:)

I do not handle stress well. I think that I feel overwhelmed a lot of the time, and I feel anxiety. I don't know how to overcome it, but I don't feel that it has overtaken my life. It is just something that I have to work on in the future.

Just do three things: chant, do yoga and wash your elbows, kneesand the back of the nect before going to sleep with cold water. See the results in 10-15 days. Good luck.

I am usually not able to manage stress, I find that it overwhelms me. I don't have any illness due to it because I am not stressed too often. I usually tackle it by focusing on something else or trying to deal with the problem causing stress.
