Time to Get Some Work Done

I've spent a delightful five hours here so far today and gotten a lot of notifications cleared away. As of right now I'm only 12 hours behind and that's a good thing.
So now it's time for me to get back to Scarred and get more work done on it. I'm hoping to get the other six chapters done today I wanted to do yesterday, and then whisk them away to my friend who is also helping me with this final edit. Hopefully I'll have Scarred in the editors hands by the end of the month. That would be a good thing. Then I can focus on getting Freedom's Cry finished before I get started on the next book in the series for second edition - Manifest Destiny.
Always lots to do. I'll be back.
How's your day going? Thanks for reading.

I haven't got remotely as much done as I wanted, I get little bits done here and there but things are seeming too big to deal with at the moment

@Jessicalynnt I know that feeling. I had a bad week emotionally as I lost a dear friend and I couldn't get into anything so I am way behind. Hopefully this will be a better week.

I got everything I wanted to get done, done yesterday on the book. I'm still behind on notifications, but considering I had to go to bed early last night because I had blood work to do first thing this morning, it's not surprising. So I'm catching up now and this time I should get caught up.

It does feel good to get all the notifications caught up and I don't usually start working on them until 8pm as I am busy moving and packing, Today I have more time as my husband has an Elk's meeting so he left already as it is pouring every so often. This is good as I now have more time here.

I'll be packing and moving too. I just don't know where yet. I went online to look at my options. Of course I need to go to the housing office and plan to do that tomorrow. If I can get into one of the two I saw, I'll have the best of all worlds - both have a clubhouse, exercise equipment, and pool. One has a fireplace and washer and dryer in the apartment. They both also have a pet policy with fee of course. So there is hope if housing is agreeable.

Thank you. It is the second edition of the first novel published. I'm excited for it. Since it was going into second edition, I decided to make certain it was typo free and as grammatically correct as I could make it. I'm very pleased with it, especially since I found more typos than I expected.
