A quiet waiting day, as my mum’s condition has neither improved or deteriorated further at the hospital. I sorted out some errands for her and handled calls from various well-wishers. Though I contacted many of her friends to update them on her health, two of her friend came to the house yesterday to visit her before rushing to the hospital to see her there – so nice that everyone is showing such concern for her. Given that her potentially pending death could put me out of a home I have started looking at bedsit housing options though much is geared up for students. I started looking at potential history book publishers for some of my pub sign studies. The one added here is for Cheadle’s The Governor’s House pub, which used to be the residence of a prison Governor. Arthur Chappell

So sorry about your mum. Dehydration coupled with the subsequent kidney failure can definitely cause confusion. It is amazing how dangerous dehydration can be ... Our little kidneys are sensitive creatures and if they stop being able to rid our bodies of toxins, we begin to slowly poison ourselves. Sending positive vibes and happy thoughts. *huggles*

I can appreciate that this is a very stressful time for you. Not just your Mum being so sick but possibly having to find somewhere else to live. I'll keep fingers crossed that you might find a publisher for a book on pub signs.
