How to easily and quickly make a tie knot?

Can you make a tie knot in under ten seconds? I for one am always having a problem tieing my ties. What about you?
"A cool video has emerged of a man demonstrating how to tie a tie in under ten seconds. In the footage, filmed in Serbia this week, the man starts by wrapping the tie around his hand twice. He then puts the top loop over the second and pulls the latter to form a perfect tie knot."

I used to do that in no time at all. I even worked at macrame. But now I can´t even reach my feet easily.

At our place of worship, everyone wears a tie and so I wear a tie 3 to 4 days a week. Maybe now making a knot will be as easy as eating apple pie.
