I am tired of serial killers. / myLot

When I watch TV now, I get up and go to bed with serial killers. It seems that in the US there are more bad guys than good ones although I know that it isn´t so. All the last shows have this mixture of profilers and forensics. Even in one of the Discovery Channels, they only have murders. With the discovery of DNA, so important for many things, the only part that it is shown on TV are the DNA found in a victim´s nail that will lead the police to find the murderers. I have never seen a television serial showing us why is it that DNA makes flowers from a plant have always the same amount of petals. No wonder violence grows

I don' t know if violence is growing but it seems as if we are hearing more and more of it.

Why then is it that most TV shows are violent?

Serial killers are greatly studied for their cruelty and methodical way they kill others. There are many popular shows about them on the telly here in the USA. One show that was quite different was called Dexter.a very popular show here.

I saw Dexter a couple of times and found that the serial killer was the "good" guy.
