It is a shame to see so many "singers" nowadays that sound great in auto-tuned version of the song but absolutely horrifying/horrific when singing live. The auto-tune is so striking in some songs that you can tell that the singer will be completely unable to sing that song live. There are only a few singers out there that can actually sing good live and that do not abuse the auto-tune sound effects during the making of a song. I do not know why those so called singers don't just quit already. If my vocals don't help me to sing live then I should not appear on stage and not even dare to call myself a singer. I would be ashamed of myself to be called a singer even though I can't actually sing. I will post a link to a horrible live performance at the end of my post. What is your opinion about this?
