Need suggestions

I like to write short stories and wondering are there any sites which pay you for such stories? Can anyone help me with some information, I would be reallu greatful.

@Umesh_K currently there is competition going on through TOI .. Have a look at website :) and for magazine I will let you know :), Why don't you go for a book publication :)

Dont know any site, but if you have enough stories,how about turning them into an ebook and sell on Amazon?just a suggestion.

There is an Indian site where you can submit articles and short stories for which they pay, also for forum discussions. Let me know if you are interested..

@Umesh_K It's the only way I think. Unless there is someone writing exactly the kind of thing you write how would they know. Unless someone is using some site they find is helpful for finding places to make money. Not sure. Sorry that this is all I can do for you.

You can create it in hard book. Then let it be published and offer it to bookworms.
