Word Challenge Poem

I found this challenge on myLot. Not sure who started it. The five words are: rushed, late, hurry, hectic and busy. My poem is entitled: “Hurry up and Wait.” I used to feel rushed, I never want to be late, But now I don’t hurry, Because I usually have to wait. I have an appointment But, the doctor’s running behind I arrive when I should, But, he’s never on time. I have a busy life, I have things to do. My life can be hectic, But what can I do?

Well done. This happens so often doesn't it? I don't fuss like I used to about being late although I very rarely am.

I have learned not to worry so much about being late, even though I don't make a habit of being late. If something does cause me to BE late, I just take it in stride. No need to be that concerned, because most of the time, there was really no hurry about being there. People even expect others to be late, anymore. It's a fact of life, so much so, that no one seems to be concerned about it anymore.

@IreneVincent That's very true so there isn't much point in being the only one to be beside themselves for being late.
