Discussion with no response / myLot

How does one feel when their post are shown under this heading. I have a couple of my post which features under this head. I did visit them and I am still wondering why no response.

I do and I must admit most of my discussion has attracted a response but as mentioned in my post I have had days when my post has got no response and it makes me wonder if the post was as interesting as I thought.

Every discussion has been there as soon as they are put up. You have to get noticed by a wide range of people. It assures that your discussion is not there for long.

I think if you take the time to build up a rapport with people then they will come and read your discussions. Interaction is the key here.

I don't take it personally. Not every post is going to be a winner and sometimes it's easy to accidentally glaze over different posts. I try to post things that other people can relate to, so they can respond. It's hard to respond to threads when you're ignorant to the subject. Best of luck. :)

Thanks. My post was about a sport which is considered as a religion in our country. But as you rightly said not every post is going to be a winner.

We have to establish relationships with others; sort of you scratch my back, then I will scratch yours. Then one has to earn a name with quality topics that merit responses. I get about 10 responses on an average while few close to 100 even - siva
