Technology hasn't taken over my life, but I enjoy being on the computer. I don't have GPS, a smartphone, tablet etc.

No, I don't. My phone is only intended for texting & calling. It is not wifi capable, no camera & other sophisticated features. I just use my phone as an alarm clock. If not sleeping, it's kept inside my bag.

It's so hot today 91 degrees I only have an electric fan on. Before technology I was spending time with friends. To be honest I need technology, life has gotten a bit easier because of it. I use my cell phone for researching information online, to finding good music, and even keeping in contact with family and my friend.

My habit only changed because I wanted to find productive and profitable work to do, since I don't have a job outside the home. Have worked a 9 to 5, every since graduating from the university in 1976. Since 2007, I have been working at home using a computer with Internet access. I'm glad that the Internet is made available through companies who provide the service to private homes. To be honest, technology has helped me keep my sanity.

I use the GPS in the car, still no cell phone in my house. I still look forward to camping in the mountains where there is no connections, no cell phones, no electricity.....just love it!

Technology has crept up like a ninja cat, to the extent that I wonder how on earth I coped without it. It's as if it was always in existence and pre-technology memories are slowly disappearing from my head. The scary thing is that there are teenagers now who have never known any different and they're having babies! I think I must be getting old.

I don't have a phone but I spend a lot of time on the internet. Without it, I'd probably have a cleaner house!

The biggest change that technology brought to my life was my husband. I met him online back in 1995. Best thing that ever happened to me!

I am still old school and rely on maps I do enjoy writing online and printing coupons. I do enjoy learning online. But for the most part I go to work without a computer. I only use the cell phone for calls. I can live with or without it.

I don't own a GPS, but I do all of this on my phone. Without this technology, I'd have to go to the library and you only get an hour of computer time a day. I wouldn't be as active on the site.

When I'm at home I spend far too much time using my computer, but when I go out the only technology I really make us of is my camera. My cellphone is only with me in case of emergency and it doesn't even have the internet activated on it.

yes but not in the same way as you, I never use a cell phone or GPS, but I rely on email for work and social matters.
