Another Day with the Dentist

I went to pick up my partial this morning, hooray, now I can smile again. It didn't take very long. I tried on the partial and the dentist made a few adjustments and I walked out of his office with my teeth in my mouth. I came home a happy camper. Afterwards I went to physical therapy with my better half and walked during his appointment. it wasn't terribly hot in the park, but mosquitoes were on the rampage. I had on a cap, long pants and a long sleeved blouse so they didn't bother me too much. My day went well, I hope all of you had a good day.

We cannot go outside here after about 6 pm in our yard or the mosquitos eat us alive. I hate them with a passion.

That's too bad, you probably use a lot of spray. I don't usually see many mosquitoes, but if I do, I'll be using tons of it. Can't stand those blood eating mosquitoes.

I am thinking about the same thing for my front teeth. I want to have one tooth pulled in the front and put a plastic. I don't know if it is a good idea. But my front tooth doesn't look nice. It is getting bad.

that's what happened to me, I had two crowns put in and they both came out, the dentist put them back in and they fell out a second time, so I had to have a partial made. Good luck with yours whatever you decide.

@unisa000 Some people have no trouble with crowns but I had nothing but trouble. I'm glad to have all that over with.

@RubyHawk I think I will just push with the plastic idea. Have it pulled. Anyway, it will just be expensive for me to put another crown. Thanks.

Ours is just beginning, but usually they are not bad. I don't know where they all came from yesterday. I don't see many at home, so I'm thankful.

I've been to the dentist too today. I had two crowns fitted,- I hope they do better than yours did. I hope your partial works ok for you.

I hope yours works perfectly. I'm loving my partial. I don't have to worry about it falling out.

When my kids went to camp last year I got them some bracelets that were suppose to keep the mosquitoes away. They said it worked well.

I've heard of bracelets but never used any. Normally we don't have a lot of mosquitoes.

I don't like them, I'm afraid we'll have plenty this summer. Our winter wasn't cold enough to kill them off.

I usually have a smile on my face, but I tried to keep my mouth closed with my teeth out.
