Water In The Basement

Just went downstairs to do my 30 minutes of walking and good thing that I did.
I noticed some water on the floor near the furnace, I wasn't pleased to see that at all.
We had a new furnace put in on December 1st, 2015, so what's the problem? I called the furnace company and they said they will be here within 2 hours, that should be before 11:30 this morning.
I hope that it is a fast fix as I have other things to do than hang around here and wait.

I hope it's still under warranty, and they can figure out what's going on.

@fishtiger58 It could have been a lot worse.

@marlina Glad it's fixed but what a bummer on the cost, I suppose it could have been worse.

Well good luck and I hope it's an easy fix and didn't ruin anything down there.

Hopefully they can resolve the problem quickly especially since it is a new furnace.

Maybe its something simple. Has this leaked before?

Gosh I wonder what the water could be. My furnace uses fuel oil so if something leaked thats what it would be which would be a worse problem then water though. That is awful that it is leaking something and it is fairly new. I would be very upset.
