The tragic truth is now being revealed – the girl was previously a victim of human sex trafficking. She'd run away from home at age 13 and been forced into prostitution before her mom got her back with help from the group Be The Light. I rarely share this part of my story, but I was a victim of this as part of the abuse I grew up with and it is horrible beyond words to live through.

What a horrible thing to happen to this young girl and then to have to go through this with the boys at school. I feel sorry for you and hope she will not be to traumatized by this happening to her.

Abuse runs deep. And especially in young girls and boys. At those ages the scars are so deep that in some cases they never heal. That is a sad story.
