Just a thank you.

Recently, I learned some of our mylotters served in the U.S. military during their lives, and I would like to say an "official" thank you for each and everyone who served. Because today, Memorial Day, is for honoring those who died for our freedom, and for saying thank you to those who served, and also the families who lost a loved one so that we could all live in freedom. Sometimes, days off and store sales eclipse the real reason for the day. So while I hope everyone has a great day, also that we each get a chance to honor someone who deserves it. I recently had that chance, and am thankful for it.

Sometimes these types of days become very commercialised which is a great shame. The real meaning gets lost in all the hype.
