Green Ant looking

I was done with some of my exercise routines when I notice this strange insect looking at me from the steel chair 
. I looked closer and it's an ant, but it's different.
Well, it has color green on it and it's a little bigger than the other ants infesting my moringa tree. I took a stick and lure him there, and then sent him off to the tree were the others are.
I swear he just kept looking at me, didn't use my hands because I don't wanna risk being bitten. You don't even know if it's even more poisonous, I get bitten by little big head ones and hurts like hell.
Hope you can identify it for me, this is the first time I've actually seen one.

Wow...I've never seen an ant like that before. Smart thinking with the stick. I wouldn't want to touch it either. You never know...

I looked at it again once I transferred it to the tree @missjessicadawn but some how it felt strange on the other red ants. must have come from our mango tree

This is the first time I have heard and seen a green ant. That must be good luck for you hahaha! You should have placed it in a jar and have a biology or zoology teacher identify it.

I don't know @sunrisefan . I think it's common to have these ants, I've seen green mantis and spiders too. they may have blended anything that is green. but this is the first time I've seen one of these. No, i don't want it in prison jar

Yeah, probably @acelawrites I thought it was a queen, but it doesn't have a bigger butt it's just bigger

This is my first to see that kind of ant. Mostly they are red and black.
