Our nails and hair are made of protein. The proteins are macro-nutrients. They are building the blocks of muscles and bones and also repairs tissues in the body. The following foods are protein rich which should be included in your diet;
Greek yogurt: This has got more protein than the general yogurt and has got minerals also like calcium and probiotics;
Eggs: Eggs are super food that is protein rich. It has got the highest number of essential amino acids;
Meat: Meat such as Turkey and chicken are rich in protein. Chicken contains niacin and boosts nervous and digestive system.
Cottage Cheese: It contains Casein protein. It provides the body with study supply of protein as it will be digested slowly by the body.
