I’m a little late on posting, but hey, it’s better late than never. :) I found a writing prompt the other day, and I guess I’m gonna do it now. It asks “How do you like to travel?”
Well for starters, I like to go on road trips rather than flying because it’s more affordable for me right now. This is also the reason I stick with the East Coast, because it’s easier on gas and our sanity haha. I’d survive a longer road trip, I’ve done it before, but I always take the budget in mind.
I like to go somewhere fun, whether it’s sight-seeing, a WWE event or a concert. My next mini-road trip will be to the Mixtape Festival with my best friend. Yep, I like to travel with my family and friends. I’ll either listen to music, check stuff on my smartphone or just shoot the breeze with everyone. :) Oh, and sometimes I sleep lol. But I only do that if there are other people in the car. Like when I go to the concert with my best friend, I won’t be sleeping because it’ll just be the two of us.
And that’s basically how I like to travel. I guess I answered it okay lol. I’m out. I’m in the middle of working and chatting with people. I’ll catch you all later. :)

I do love to travel as well. For the moment, all we can really do is the occasional short day trip, but over the last few years, we have taken the overnight trip, or trip away for a few days, but we've travelled by car. Hopefully, some day soon, we'll be able to go on a plane, and go farther.

I hope you're able to do more at some point! :)
I've done an overnight or several day trip for wrestling events, which is always fun, but not in the cards this year. Between money and travel buddies, the opportunity just wasn't there this year. I'm taking a one day trip (leaving in the morning and coming home that night) in August to go to a concert with my best friend, but that works. :)

That is one I regret.I dont travel much.I should say "we". My husband and I have been married for six years .We do go out or we used to go out a lot before the baby arrived. We watch movies, eat out, go to.parks but we have never had a vacation somewhere else.Yes, we go to korea once or twice a year to visit our family and relatives there. But we never had gone to staycation or vacation in some place.

I'm sorry. :( I don't travel as often as one would think, just to a big wrestling show once a year, and that's not even happening this year. My mini road trip to the concert will be it this summer, and I'll be back that night. I really hope you guys can go somewhere sometime, even if it's a staycation.

Like you, I prefer driving. Add to the affordability the freedom to stretch your legs when you choose, the up close view of the scenery To get to any airport we have to drive quite a ways. Then you have to arrive more than two hours early to make it through security in time to fly. By the time I have done that I will be almost to my destination. Planes are full of germs. Give me my personal vehicle any time.
