Losing weight is a great way for a healthy living. These are the tips for a comfortable and consistent weight loss.
Maintain a Diary to note down what you are eating each day and to see at the end of the week where you are going wrong if the weight loss is not up to the target scale. There should be a meticulous reporting 'even the bite of a small snack'.
First, eliminate the Sugar and meat for a month. Now divide your diet into 4 or 5 small meals consisting of vegetables, rice, grains, water etc., Have oats for fiber and drink a lot of water.
Add some dietary things like almonds, blueberries, prunes, and chia seeds that give wonerful results.Reach out for these substances when you crave for additional snacks.
Checkout untimely hunger which means it is your emotional hunger and this you can easily overcome by having a glass of water .
Work out regularly to support your weight loss journey and this is what most of the peoole ignore.Have some appropriate drink (coffee or tea as per your comfort and suggestion of a doctor) one hour before your workout.

These are some good tips. I need to loose a few pounds and just cutting sugar, and fat out.
