Where am I lacking?

I had started exercising 10 days ago and now I am losing my patience altogether because there has not much of a difference that has come.My mother says you have lost a little stay patient but I feel restless now. Any tips on this?

Really hard to lose weight than gaining. You have to be patient enough.

@1hopefulman Well all of them lives quite far away .It takes me around 1 hour to reach their place in a car lol. I go with my mother for walk through.

Ummm may or may not be.I have reduced and am controlling my diet.I don't where are the efforts lacking.

Ten days is a very short time to see big changes. Hang on there and work at it. Don't give up.

listen to your mother. remember muscle weighs more than fat, so you might gain a little before it starts to burn off
