Planning a trip to Vegas next month.

My middle daughter ,my youngest daughter and I are planning a trip to Las Vegas,we did have other plans but they fell through so we decided on this for my first ever real vacation ( I am 52) .I haven't ever seen the inside of a casino .We wanted to do something right after Mattie graduated from college, but had to put it off. There are I am sure other places that might be just as fun that we could go so I am open to ideas. Believe me I can use some time away from kids and from the town here. So have you been to Las Vegas? Or maybe any ideas on where else we could check into going.

We have decided to take my youngest son with us as well to act as body guard .In case of road trouble and all that.

My husband and I went to Vegas a few years ago. We didn't gamble much but we ate like kings!

I dont see myself gambling very much either, but I might get into playing the slots a little bit. I would really rather see some shows instead of gambling.

Mattie has her heart set on going since our plans for Galveston Tx are a no go.I am sure I will be happy just hanging out and resting a good part of the time.

No haven't ever been there but I think it would be something to see.My Aunt and her kids all lived there for years . They moved back to Kansas , then on to Missouri.
