Let the Crab out First :)

Have you ever seen a bucket of crabs? There's always one crab trying to get out of the bucket but the other crabs keep tugging and pulling the one crab down. That one crab keeps trying and trying. The other crabs are persistent as well. The pulling and tugging doesn't stop the one crab because the crab really wants to get out. The crab is so determined even when the crabs use extreme force.
The crab is on a mission but the other crabs aren't understanding that the one crab needs to get out first. If the one crab is allowed to leave then the crab can come to help the others. Oh but the crabs won't see it that way. They'll keep finding a way to try and bring the crab down. The crab is strong and determined to make it out.
Do any of you have the crab mentality?

Well I feel I am definitely not a quitter and dont let people influence my ideas to strive for something when they think it is not right somehow.
