Up about 11a. Grey out. Glad it won't be hot cause I have to go out today.
Have my eye appointment today at 2:30p. Having some heavy duty anxiety. Feel really nauseated. I hate ths. I know that the outing today is worth while and something I really have to do so I have control over it.
Well, went to my eye exam. Had a nice gal do all the preliminary examination. This took about fifteen or twenty minutes. She put some liquid in my eyes to dilate them at the end of it. Then had to go set and wait. As I set and waited my eyes felt really dry and odd. Then had about a ten minute exam by the actual doctor. At the end of that she said I have a cataract on my left eye. She also said that if it doesn't bother me and I can get along okay I don't need to have surgery right now. When it gets to where I can't get around then they would do some surgery to correct that. I am happy with that. Will be seen in a year again.
Home now and have to wear higher readers to be on here today. Hopefully after today and the dilation stuff wears off I won't have to wear them all of the time.
Glad that is over. Every one I dealt with was very nice and my grand daughter is always so helpful and kind. Her boyfriend is too. They both really noticed the eye dilation. My eyes look very dark and 'evil'. Oooh!
Little Brock is getting some hair and has two teeth now down in front. I didn't get to see them cause he covers them with his tongue. He has big eyes and with my dilated ones he and I had some fun looking at one another and laughing. I love to laugh and love to make those little ones laugh too. Anyone really.
Well, I am relieved to be home and have had something to eat. So, I am happy for now.
Obama trying to comfort the families of the Orlando attack to day. They are examining the part the mad man's wife played in the attack. If she did or not. I wonder with a person like what this psycho probably was what good or sense could she had done or made to this man? She should have reported it and could be up on charges for not doing so.

Glad to hear your exam went so well at the eye doctor and you don't need surgery for a while. I heard about the shooters wife and sounds like she knew something and did not report anything. If she knew then she is just as responsible as the shooter.

I agree. They said last night she would probably be charged, not sure with what yet.

So, you spent the rest of your day giving people the evil eye. Not intentional though!
The psycho's wife really should have notified authorities to this man's activities. My heart is saddened for the families of those lost to this tragic happening.

Glad you had a good day--don't ever worry about cataract surgery if and when the time comes--easiest & fastest operation ever--over in 20 minutes and you are out and about!

I was so glad to put that behind me. I was surprised how exhausted I was when I got through.
