Guava is just an ordinary fruit found anywhere. But never take this fruit for granted for it contains extraordinary benefits. It is rich with Vitamin C, lycopene, and antioxidants. It is also rich in fiber that helps prevent constipation.
Do you eat guavas?

I have eaten this fruit. Not something I buy on its own. I usually get it in a can of mixed fruit.

That's great to know. When I was I kid I used to climb the guava tree and spent many hours there eating the fruits.

@Macarrosel love tropical fruits. In fact, I just love fruit! Wish we could grow more in our area. We have long winters and tropical fruits wouldn't grow here.

Really? Then we're lucky here in the Philippines for guava plants just grow anywhere even if no one planted them. The birds are the one eating the fruits and leave some in the grounds when they fly away. That's why guava plants spread throughout our place.

Guava everywhere here, we have pink color too. Even the leaves can be eaten and stop diarrhea too.

I have never tried guava but I would like to. The store around my town don't carry it.
