I'm Dead Tired

I just had my run this afternoon and I really pushed myself to the max. I want to extend my time in the same route and not of the speed and power. So, instead of finishing it 50 minutes, I run the 8 kilometers for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Quite good because I want to build my endurance. So, I'm all wet and my physical body are dead tired: the muscles, the flesh, the bones are really wanting to rest. But hey, it feels good especially when I finished my bath.

Planning for the 10k? I jog in the morning (5:30AM) when the air is cooler. I don't think I can run in the afternoon.

Usually I do it in the morning. I try afternoon and it feels good because when you are tired and took a bath, you body can rest well and have sound sleep.
