I'm an old member of 6 years going 7. Was active before mylot because just a non-paying social network. Then a mylot member informed me that mylot was back last year but i wasn't that active. Then because active again in March or April.

That's cool. I haven't been here for a very long time, though. But I did find some good friends here. There was also this time when I met a doctor here from India.

@toniganzon If he's a guy then maybe not. I'm really sorry to read that though. The doctor I met here was a new graduate. At least, a few months ago. She used to post articles about health here too. I can't find her account anymore, though.

what a coincidence.. i have been a long time member but i got busy with something else.
i'll try to be active from now on specially that the minimum payout is only $5. i didn't have personal friends here so there's really nothing exciting in that department. instead, im looking forward to meet newbies and tenured mylotters.

I have plenty of free time for now. But when school starts at august again, I'll probably be very busy. So I'm not sure if I'll go on hiatus again or not.

It's really surprising how mylot has grown in the past few months. So many writers. Oh, and yes! This is probably a good thing. We'll get to see more content for people with different interests.

@LindaCPearson I didn't know that right away until someone pointed it out for me. But yes, the cashout probably did something. Or it could be the reverse. With so many writers around, maybe the company was able lower the cashout. Still, the more the merrier, right?

@Tierkreisze It might have something to do with the cashout lowered to $5.00 instead of $10.00. I think that would definitely attract more writers.
