Ohhh, that @hereandthere well, first I inserted them all onto an Excel workbook then I gave them a border and aligned them the way I thought would look different, I suppose it worked. The last step is to take a screen shot of the finished "product" and then I used Paint to create a .jpg image.

It looks more like the sun than the moon.

Seems like the moon was too close in those shots. Mine would always look like a dot in the middle of a black screen.

Sometimes I get a decent shot but usually it's because it is not yet dark outside and if it is a special moon I rarely get lucky.

If ya ever get the chance read the history on how this desert area became so populated @crazyhorseladycx turns out some yoyo with general stripes thought it would be a great place to have people settle, that was in 1912 I believe.

OMG, I forgot how close you are to those scary flames .... have they contained it yet? I've been prayin that a really heavy rain comes along and douses those flames. Keep safe my friend, maybe let the horses free for a while just in case, is that something you'll have to do?

@rebelann no worries, hon. the fires'r more'n the middle'f the state, lots'f miles 'twixt me'n 'em. we jest get the smoke due to the winds. i keep hopin' that the monsoon rains'll come to the aid. kinda funny ('n an ironic kinda way) that half the state can be'n fire'n nobody cares? seems that since only 24 homes, 'n 'bout 20 outbuildings were destroyed't aint no biggy. ya know, coz our state's a low population rate. thankfully they've not slapped housin' divisions 'n those mountains like they've done so many other places. folks don't seem to comprehend that when ya live where such occurs (though the dog head fire 'twas human caused...), 'tis a great idea to've 't least 30 feet 'round yer buildin's cleared 'f trees/weeds 'n the like. sure helps with the firefightin'. here, i used to've irrigation pipe 'n sprinkler heads 'round the perimeter. jest to keep the herds (cattle'n horses) safe. but, i'm a fence cutter :) if'n 'tis fast movin', i'll take 'em down'n a heartbeat 'n'd let'em run fer safety. some folks frown 'pon that, but they always come home, lol.

Well, thanks for the flattery, it is appreciated but if I had found my tripod I might have gotten a decent shot plus I might have been able to use the zoom feature. I never would have thought of this image as artsy, hummm, what an idea.

@rebelann Its not flattery. I don't really flatter. You must be having professional standards in photography but i'm afraid I don't know the finer points of photography and I just liked the continuity of the images. :)

I wondered the same thing. Too bad I can't find my tripod, it's still hiding from me ..... maybe if I cleaned the spare room
