Good morning, dear lotters.
Today I woke up not as energetic as today, but full of decision. I thought that if tomorrow I wasn´t able to do my chores, I better do tehm today.
Yesterday I had boiled a breast for today´s lunch with my cousin. I took out some of the broth and I will make a soup for babies with it, the kind that he likes.
The breast will be breaded and fried and served with white rice. I´ll see what I will do as desert.
In the rest of the soup I washed, cut and set to boil some leeks I bought yesterday at the farmers market. I also bout spinach and I will add it as soon as the leeks are tender. I will make a nice spinach and leeks cream for my daughter for tomorrow night.
I am also cooking a tongue in my pressure cooker. Tomorrow we will have the tongue in a white sauce with nutmeg and other ground nuts.
TV has nothing to show, so I will have my whole attention to mylot until I get hungry. When I went to the kitchen I took my meds, so I have nothing else to do.

It is very early yet so hard to say about my day yet but so far it has been okay. I was called to see if I wanted to go out to lunch so I will be doing that and will go shortly and see what I will wear and make sure my animals are all fed before I leave.

@Marcyaz I love mashed potaotres, but my cousin prefers rice so I obliged.

TV is a shame. We thought that if we paid for cable TV we would get good TV. Not so. It is mostly reruns and the contents are pityful.

Hi marguicha! It is good that you can have much time here in Mylot. I am here on and off. Just yesterday, I found out through Mylot that we can enroll for a free course online in Coursera. I decided to sign up for it now and a while ago I was there, taking my class in English Composition I. I would like to improve more of my writing skills. It is because of my blog. Today is a very good day. Everything goes fine. Have a wonderful day!

Have a nice day. In fact, I can only come for some moments to mylot and they do something else offline. I have lots of extra chores now that Leticia is ill.
